- Interim Final Rule – This document has a great deal of information on program specifics and includes a set of example payroll calculations that might be helpful (pages 8-10).
- Applicable Affiliation Rules – This pdf provides guidance on how to count employees for loan purposes in instances where several businesses are affiliated with each other by:
- Ownership
- Stock options, convertible securities, and agreements to merge
- Management
- Identity of interest.
- Eligible Lender Lookup – Link to the SBA webpage where you can search for an eligible lender by zip code.
- S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship Small Business Owner’s Guide to the CARES Act – Document has information on all programs in the CARES Act (stimulus program) that are related to small business. Pages 2-5 cover the PPP and are formatted as frequently asked questions with answers that cover topics such as eligibility, loan size, eligible payroll costs, use of loan proceeds, etc.
- Florida Small Business Development Center Disaster Website – Website covering a number of assistance programs. Importantly, has directions on how you can get assistance from a Florida SBDC disaster recover specialist (no-cost and one-on-one) by contacting your local SBDC office. The SBDC should be able to help with Paycheck Protection Program questions.
