Rick O’Connor, Florida Sea Grant agent for UF/IFAS Extension in Escambia County, has been awarded the 2017 Don Sweat Sea Grant Extension Award.
McGuire Wins Distinguished Extension Professional Award for Plastics Awareness Program
The award recognizes McGuire’s creative outreach strategies that teach volunteers around the state how to sample local waters for the presence of microplastics.
