The Florida Artificial Reef Summit will be held at the beautiful Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront located in the heart of Florida’s space coast, and just a 45-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Following a spectacular $22-million renovation, this full-service Hilton hotel in Cocoa Beach is located directly on the Atlantic coast beach.

Room Rate Information: The hotel is holding a block of rooms for Summit attendees at a very special rate of $106.00 per night (plus state and local taxes), for up to 2 people in a room.

***Reservations must be made by December 18, 2009 in order to receive this special group rate.***

Please be aware the block of rooms may fill before the deadline, so we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible. After December 18, neither availability nor the discounted group rate is guaranteed.

Florida government participants: To receive tax exempt status, payment must be made in the form of a government issued check or credit card and be accompanied by a Florida sales tax exemption certificate presented at check-in).

Cancellation of individual reservations within three (3) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit or first night’s room and tax.

Room Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Early Departure Fee:Members of the group who check out prior to their scheduled departure date, after checking into the hotel, will be subject to a $45.00 early departure fee. This fee is subject to all applicable taxes.

Driving Directions–
Navigating Your Way to the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront . . .

From Orlando (approx. 1 hour): Take SR 528 (Beach Line Expressway) east to Port Canaveral. Beach Line becomes A1A. Continue south on A1A. The hotel is located 1.5 miles south of the intersection of A1A and SR 520.

From Jacksonville (approx. 2.5 hours): Take I-95 South to Exit 205 (old Exit 77) (SR 528 East / Beach Line Expressway). At Port Canaveral, Beach Line Expressway becomes A1A. Follow A1A into Cocoa Beach. The hotel is located 1.4 miles south of the intersection of A1A and SR 520, on the left side.

From Miami (approx. 3.5 hours): Take I-95 North to Exit 201 (old Exit 75) (SR 520). Take 520 East to A1A in Cocoa Beach (approximately 15 miles). Turn south (right) on A1A, and follow it 1.5 miles to the hotel, on the left.
